Whats going on in my mouth?

Well my throat hurt for a couple days then I started having this feeling. Its like i burnt my tongue and it just wasn't going away. Then i started getting little bumps on my tongue. Idk what they are. I used to get them all the time. But only like one every month or so. I haven't had one in a long time but i think i used to call them canker have sores. But i just googled canker sores and theDefinitionndidn'tt match. And i have like at leastt 7 on my tonguee right now. They are on the top. And i cant really eat anything without it hurting. And it hurts to yawn. I've had these symptoms for like 3 or 4 days. but its really starting to bug me. I cant even chew gum without mytonguee hurting. And its my whole toungue. Well the top of it. Help please!!!
