Do the positive's of the OSP (Obama Stimulus Package) outweigh the negatives?

Its only a temporary fix if it works and will only put us in a bigger hole and delay the inevitable, we just need to let capitalism work, corporations will, and always have risen and fallen, just as the stock market always has, whats important is that the infrastructure of our system and economy is not stiffled and allowed to work. Everyone wants to jump the gun these days and doesnt understand how our economy works.
