Pregnant Again or Same Baby?

If the uterus is felt about your belly on, it is likely that it's the same baby. You probably just had a threatened miscarriage but it never fully occurred. Because the uterus isn't even at the belly on level until you are 20 weeks along. So if you were pregnant in November, that'd be about right!
