I'm having a really hard time forgiving some people that really screwed me over?

I'm having the worst time getting over something that a few people did to me and I just don't know how to get past it right now--I feel bitter and it makes my head hurt and I'm sick of feeling like this--but it's like just one **** storm after another and they're moving out and I have finals and its like one disturbance after another. I can't focus they're loud and stuff is moving --I'm so pissed off at the whole situation I just don't know how to contain my anger except just not to say a damn thing and be really pissed off--I can't work like this...
