My dog pees in crate despite taking her out !!?

She's only 3 1/2 months old. Training a dog takes time. She's probably peeing in the crate because she doesn't want to be in there. Just be patient and reward her when she makes outside. Eventually she'll stop. Remember...reward her when she goes outside
