Study in UnitedKingdom?

Hi,I'm italian girl 28years old.Sorry for my bad english,but i'am studing to learn it! Probably in September i'll go to Derry,or Brighton or Torquay for 5mounth by a european project called "Leonardo Program":it included study and work (about my degree). In your opinion,which city (Derry,Brighton or Torquay) is better for a foreign student? And what else you can say about your country and about people?
