How do I explain this to my sister? [it's about France's conflict with immigrants??]?

It's not black Africans it's Arab africans. They rioted not to long ago. The French are hacked because they are not imilating, like learning French and accepting French culture. This is what i have read. might tell her to google Arab riots in France that should explain it pretty well to her. Hope this helps.
