Disc Brake Caliper Painting/Cleaning Materials?

I'd like to paint my disc brake calipers red and would like some suggestions as to what kits I should get. I am willing to spend up to $80 for the paint, applicators, and cleaning kit. I'm also curious as to what I should use to clean the brake calipers. Thanks!
