Do you think the Prevention of Violent Radicalism and Homegrown Terrorism bill is innocuous or dangerous? Why?

Resulting in blacklisting so people can't get jobs. In doing this, people turn desperate so it incites violence. Ironically, this would mean the Commision itself would be coercing.
