EA Xbox 360 Unreadable?

Whenever I put in an EA game into my 360 I'll start playing and then it'll say disk is unreadable 1. Wipe disk with soft cloth. or 2. Restart the console. I've done both like a million times but it still keeps happening. Do I have to send it in? If I do will I get to keep my Hard Drive? And no its not the Red Rings.
