Im having a major crush on this 18 year old who lives down my street. Could i ask her out or woul it be wrong?

Im 29 years old, balding and have recently moved to a new town. I havent been in a proper relationship for over 2 years and moved miles away from home because of work. I was getting into drugs with my mates at home and decided to leave my problems behind me and have a fresh start. I now have a great job hundreds of miles from my home and play football on a saturday. I feel fitter than ever and its great. There is a local shop down the road and i got chatting to this girl there when i bought a lottery ticket. I just made her laugh is all. Ever since then we get chatting when i go there. We have a really good laugh, she is in college. She is soo beautiful and y its unreal! I dont know if she could ever be interested in me? She knows im from out of town and said the other day she isnt into guys her age and likes older men? She kissed my hand better the other day when i told her i hurt it in work. Why do i feel like a pervert? I would treat her well and she's lovely, we get on great.
