Is it worth staying with him?

I've been with my boyfriend for a few months now and I do adore him. The first few weeks we actually got together were amazing. He used to send me sweet texts during the day, phone me on his way home from work, told me he loved me on many occions and showed a lot of affection. The past few weeks things seemed to have changed. He hardly calls me or texts me, I'm lucky if I see him once a week, I can't remember when he last said he loved me, the only time I feel close to him is when we have and in general his attitude towards me just seems to have changed. When I look at the relationship as a whole, the good seems to outweigh the bad so I stick with him although it seems just lately he takes me for granted. Back in April we planned o go to London together in July but since he's changed we haven't spoke about it at all so I don't really know where I stand.
