Is this a Discharge?

ok my undies have a yellow spot on them it looks like pee but it doesn't smell like it. it smells bad somtimes my virgina iches and somtimes hurts and i was wearing blue underwear and it felt wet and i got it yesterday it was not sticky because i could not feel it is was only wet i have NOT had my period before is this my first discharge?
