Trying to determine if I qualify for the first time home buyer credit.?

I have lived in a modular/mobile home for the past 8 years. I was able to purchase this home with the help of my family who are co signers on the loan (they put the land that the home sits on as collateral). I just purchased another home but I am trying to determine if I would qualify for the credit. I have received mixed answers on this question.
