What Should I do in this Situation?

O.k. am African American and my parents are from Trinidad and Tobago but my so called Best Friend makes fun of me for being BLACK and am tired of it and i confronted him a million times about it but he keeps continuing then when i get really mad at him i curse him out and he'll stop for the day and continue the next i really consider him as my Best Friend and we only have 6 more weeks of school then i wont see him again (moving on to another school ) so what should i do to stop this Because am really tired of it ( He's hispanic and so is every one else at my school,there is like 5 black chicks in my grade)
