Average cost to fix up a single wide mobile home?

I am looking into buying a single wide mobile home it is 2 bedroom 2 bath and pretty small. The price is 1,800. The home needs new carpet in living room, both bedrooms and hall, and also needs new linoleum in kitchen and both bathrooms. The cabinets need to all be replaced and I will need a stove and fridge as well as washer and dryer. There is a part on the ceiling that seems to be drooping as well. The home seems to have a good foundation generally except one spot in the hall by the back door will need new subflooring. Now i am just trying to see if this is a good option i am a single mother with not alot of money but maybe 5000 saved to spend. I like the face that me and my kids will own a home and only have to pay space rent of about 300 a month. My step father can do most if not all of the labor so basically it would be the cost of parts. How much do you think I would be looking at here? and does it seem like a good investment?
